These terms govern your use of the BMDCC Tools application operated by Bayswater Morley Districts Cricket Club Inc. ("BMDCC", "we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Access to this application is restricted to individuals who have been authorised by a BMDCC administrator. Your email address must be registered in the system before you can sign in.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the application only for legitimate BMDCC club management purposes, including:

• Managing financial records and journal entries
• Tracking sponsorship commitments and payments
• Importing and exporting club data
• Generating reports for committee use

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access the application through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify a club administrator immediately.

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the application. BMDCC does not warrant the correctness of data entered by users and is not liable for decisions made based on information in the application.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Attempt to access tools or data you have not been authorised to use
• Interfere with or disrupt the application or its hosting infrastructure
• Use the application for any purpose unrelated to BMDCC club operations
• Attempt to extract or scrape data in bulk from the application

6. Availability

We provide the application on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take the application offline for maintenance or updates at any time without prior notice.

7. Termination

An administrator may revoke your access at any time. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to sign in and your account data may be deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMDCC and its volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. The application is a volunteer-maintained tool and comes with no warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
