Bayswater Morley Districts Cricket Club Inc. ("BMDCC", "we", "us") operates the BMDCC Tools application. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our application.

We do not sell, trade or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to authorised administrators of the BMDCC Tools application.
Your account information is retained for as long as your account is active. An administrator may remove your account at any time, which deletes your personal information from our system.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in while using the application. This cookie is essential for the application to function and is removed when you log out or your session expires.
You may request to view or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from our Data Deletion page, or by contacting a club administrator. Upon account deletion, all associated personal data is removed from our system.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
